What you need: 

150 grams of oats
250 ml of your favo milk 
handful of chiaseeds 
2 tbsp of cacaopowder 
pinch of salt 

Instructions: 
– bring the milk to a boil
– add the oats and the chiaseeds
– boil for like 2-3 minutes
– steer in the cacaopowder and salt
– serve and top off with fruits you love.
